Resolved Question: if im 17 in the state of washington can i transfer schools without parents permission?

I was adopted at the age of 2 and now live in randle, WA. i have contact with my biological mother and i love her. i was recently kicked out in december due to a family fight and live with some friends down the road. myb adoptive parents wont give me my social security number or insurance card or anything but i have my birth cirtificate and license and all that so i can obtain them by myself. the town i live in is to small for a job and an hour from the nearest social security office or doctor or anything. I want to transfer to centrailia and live with my biological mother so i can get a job, get ready for college, pay doctor bills for when my insurance is dropped and stuff like that but they wont let me until im 18 just for the fact they hate my biological mother and dont feel like i should either. my dad even said if he saw her he was punch her. is there anyway my biological mom can get custody beofore im 18 this upcoming july or is there anyway i can transfer schools?? please help asap thanks....
